All Sales Final
Our collectible trading cards and high-end merchandise are sold in sealed condition to preserve authenticity and value. Consequently, all product sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customer Satisfaction
Even though we don’t accept returns, we still value our customers’ happiness. If you’re unhappy with your purchase in any way, please send us a note at sales@symphatic-tcg.com. We’ll do our best to find a workable solution.
Cancellation Window
You have the option to cancel your order before shipment. Once your items leave our premises, we’re unable to process any cancellation requests.
Restocking Fee
We charge a 6% restocking fee on canceled orders. This fee goes toward covering payment processing and administrative costs.
